Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking any of our services. By using our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Service Provider Identification

Atlântico Detailing is an automotive detailing service operated by Luciano Meyer and Nicholas James Evans, based in Portugal. We provide specialised vehicle cleaning, aesthetic restoration, and maintenance services at the client's location.

Description of Services

Atlântico Detailing offers services including, but not limited to:

  • Exterior and interior vehicle cleaning
  • Paint correction and polishing
  • Ceramic coating application
  • Carpet and seat cleaning

Results may vary depending on the initial condition of the vehicle.

Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings require a 30% deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit, as the time slot is reserved.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours will imply a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
  • Cancellations 48 hours in advance incur no cost.

On-Site Service Conditions

To ensure proper service delivery, the client must provide:

  • Access to water
  • Access to electricity (if required)
  • A safe and adequate working space

If these conditions are not met, Atlântico Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service.

Vehicle Condition

The client must inform Atlântico Detailing of any pre-existing damage or special conditions of the vehicle prior to the service. Atlântico Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damages
  • Natural wear and tear of materials
  • Limitations in removing stains, scratches, or severe deterioration

Liability

  • The client must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service.
  • Atlântico Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
  • Perfect results are not guaranteed, particularly in vehicles with significant wear or damage.

Pricing Adjustments

  • All services are subject to prior evaluation.
  • Atlântico Detailing reserves the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition of the vehicle differs significantly from what was initially described by the client.

Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled in the event of adverse weather conditions that could compromise the quality or safety of the work.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • MB Way
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal / Stripe
  • Linked card payments

A 30% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due on completion of the service. An invoice will be issued after payment is confirmed.

Satisfaction Policy

If the client is not satisfied with the service, they may contact us within 24 hours after completion so we can assess and address the situation.

Use of Images

  • Atlântico Detailing reserves the right to take before-and-after photos of the vehicle for promotional purposes.
  • No personal data or identifying information of the client will be disclosed.

Data Protection

  • Personal data provided by the client (such as name, phone number, and address) will be used solely for service management purposes.
  • Atlântico Detailing will not share this information with third parties and complies with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

Modifications

Atlântico Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication through official channels.

Acceptance

By booking our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
